Our PCB layout engineers bring multilayer, high-speed, and RF board design expertise to every project. We use industry-standard tools including Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, and KiCad, and we apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles from the start to minimize downstream issues. From quick-turn prototype builds to high-volume production runs, our San Jose assembly operation handles SMT and through-hole assembly with automated optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray for BGAs. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain high assembly quality, and every board is inspected to workmanship standards consistent with IPC guidelines. We support both RoHS lead-free and leaded solder processes, conformal coating, and potting.
